Every tier includes the full e-learning academy for your course: all video modules, the examiner-style question bank, revision notes, mind maps, the eBook library and twice-weekly live clinics for the duration of your access. The only difference between tiers is how long that access lasts.

If your oral is delayed beyond your access window, contact us — we routinely extend access for candidates whose examinations move, and there is no charge for an extension caused by an MCA reschedule. If you are unsuccessful at the oral, we will discuss a focused re-preparation plan before any further study.

Yes. The academy is fully self-contained, and every clinic is recorded for candidates at sea or in incompatible time zones. That said, the clinics are where spoken fluency develops, and candidates who attend them consistently pass at a noticeably higher rate.

Yes. Individual tutorials run online at £65 per hour, with paired and small-group rates available. Mock orals — a full rehearsal examination followed by structured feedback — can be booked at any point in your subscription.

The academy is cloud-based but built for shipboard reality: notes, question banks and eBooks are downloadable, and clinic recordings can be watched offline once synced. Crew with intermittent access routinely complete the full programme between trips.

Yes — seafarers can request a hold of up to three months once per subscription, so your access window can span a trip. Contact candidate operations with your vessel dates and we will arrange it.

The academy is a preparation provider, not an examining body — the MCA does not accredit oral revision providers. What we are is a team of serving Masters, pilots and examiners who prepare candidates for the MCA oral syllabus, with a first-time pass rate we publish openly.
